Eyeries Tidy Towns has put up 15 nature info boards around the Eyeries Loop Walk. We have called this The Eyeries Eco Walk and plan to add more boards over time.
Thanks to Ruairi O'Sullivan, Dave Millard, John Angles, Eleanor & Frank O'Sullivan for the text. Boss for layout & design and sponsorship of the boards.
The is the first board which can be seen down by O'Sullivan's supermarket.

Welcome to our new blog
This blog has been set up by Eyeries Tidy Towns to highlight the flora and fauna in the area. There is a particularly rich diversity of species in the area due to a mild climate and local farmers being involved in environmental protection schemes and our unspoilt coastal landscape.
We are in the process of setting up an ecowalk based on existing way marked walks. We will be putting up information on species that can be seen in the area and later on in the year we will be putting up the results of a biodiversity audit. We would encourage people to report sightings of different species in the local area.
